Case packers for American (RSC) and wrap-around cartons

Zambelli cartoning machines consist of 5 main sections:

• the feeding of the product
• the flat carton die magazine with suction cups
• the area for loading the product into the carton and that for closing the carton using hot melt or adhesive tape
• the operator panel that allows full supervision of the machine.

Depending on the customer’s needs, the product can be packaged either in American (RSC) cases or in wrap-around cases. By choosing wrap-around cases, you have the possibility to design custom-made display boxes (retail-ready packaging) consisting of a tray + lid or created from a single die with perforated cut-outs
