Your packaging is our starting point

Trays are versatile containers that lend themselves to multiple uses, such as "take-home" ice cream or ice cream intended for HORECA, or even pet food. Each tray is made of different materials depending on its intended use and may differ in size and shape, albeit with some similarities.

Some examples of packaging machines we designed for this pack are the intermittent motion case packer AP200W Model designed for the ice cream industry; specifically, it was commissioned to pack trays in multiple sizes, from 300g up to 5kg. Some of these were intended for retail sales, such as single-serving portions, while others - the larger ones - were intended for catering.

Another machine also designed for trays, this time for the pet food industry, is the intermittent motion case packer AP80 Model, which, in addition to packing doypacks, was equipped with a format changer that made it suitable for packing even aluminum trays containing cat food.
