Continuous Motion Case Packers
Zambelli continuous motion case packers can pack your products in both wrap-around and tray.
The strength of these machines lies in the die magazine and the way the dies are picked up:
- The high-capacity die magazine is positioned vertically to allow loading by the operator without the need to stop the machine.
- Die pickup, on the other hand, is done through the presence of suction cups.
The position of the suction cups is adjustable by means of a handwheel with indicator, so the operator can independently determine the ideal position with respect to the width of the carton in order to avoid suction at the precuts.
Choosing a wrap-around case packer also gives the option of designing display boxes (retail ready packaging) consisting of tray + lid or created from a single die with custom-made hatch pre-cuts.
